Invitations have been personally delivered wherever possible. Shopping is almost done. Relatives will start coming starting today - week is going to be fun.

"When we met" - by Nikhil and Ambika
The concept of arranged marriages is not a very unusual. It is how most of the Indians get married. So are We !
We know each other since mid of October 08... hardly a few weeks back. Strange na? Yeah it is ... & finally on 30th October we both admitted YES WE WOULD MAKE A LIFE TOGETHER.
Merely a few chat sessions a couple of phone calls ... one meeting ... and we decided to MOVE. Both of us thought in arrange marriages it is not important to know your partner before marriage, but to be optimistic about the beginning and the life ahead.
We certainly thank our parents who were a bigger influence in the whole process
We have stepped in this relationship with a mutual consent and understanding, with lot of Hopes ... Expectations.... Optimism.
Nikhil Says:
When I saw her first ............ I just realized that she is a too simple and very down to earth girl. She scored more then what I was expecting out of her. The only issue I faced was how to DECIDE. I spoke to her a couple of times, asked her lot of questions .... which sometimes IRRITATED her too.... but YES the irritation turned jolly. I really don’t know what she was thinking about me when she said YES. And I finally found my BETTER HALF in her. She is very simple ... yet so intelligent, very quite yet so thoughtful. She is very high on her academics. I'm feeling so very lucky to have her in my life. A truly sweet, caring, humble and introvert person.
YEAH, I am all set to live a happily married life with foundations of love, respect, concern, empathy and loyalty for her. So Guys wish us LUCK ...................... Nikhil

2 years back…my mom told me about Nikhil & showed me his snap. In that pic he was looking very smart, intelligent and a matured person. That was his first impression on me and since then I was ready to marry him (A typical Indian girl's mentality…)
This year in October 2008…by the grace of God we had the opportunity to meet. He told me about himself and asked me so many questions and I…hardly said anything. That day, again he impressed me a lot. I truly admire his way of expressions, his attitude and quality of his voice.
Nikhil…Mr. Intellectual, really has those unusual qualities that make me feel proud to say that I am committed to him.
I also feel confident in saying that he is the right guy for me. So guys wish us luck for our bright future. ................ Ambika
